The mission of the Hopi Dispute Resolution Services Program is to empower the Hopi villages, the Hopi community in general, and other indigenous communities, by providing them with effective tools and resources to resolve family, property, governance, and other disputes, in a predictable, non-adversarial manner, while respecting community priorities and values.

We envision that the Hopi and other indigenous peoples will have a process for handling disputes that is based upon community values, that is non-adversarial, predictable, and effective, and that is trusted and used by community members.
